Stable category IDs
The single biggest change in 2026 is boring on the surface and huge in practice: category IDs are now stable. Shoes are permanently 911, T-shirts permanently 913, and so on. Bookmarks you save today will still resolve next year. Community QC threads keyed to those IDs no longer break with re-organizations.
Coupon flow moved to parcel submission
In 2025, the shipping coupon had to be applied at product checkout — a confusing timing that caused a lot of failed discount stacks. In 2026, coupon entry moved to the parcel-submission step, right before you pay international shipping. This is where it should have always lived. QC visibility went per-listing
Before 2026, community QC photos were attached to your order history, not to the listing itself. If you wanted to see other buyers’ QCs of the same product, you had to hunt through Discord threads. The 2026 sheet aggregates QCs per listing, right on the page. This is a genuinely big deal for research quality.
Category pruning
Roughly 15% of 2025’s listings were removed as delisted or unreliable. The remaining 85% are all currently in stock or on active restock cycles. The sheet feels smaller in some corners — that’s the point.
Better mobile
Mobile category browsing was rebuilt from scratch. Filter chips replace the old vertical accordions, and dropdown positioning no longer overflows on smaller screens. If you tried the Hipobuy sheet on mobile in 2024 and gave up, try again.
What did not change
- The eleven main categories are the same set.
- The QC finder tool itself works the same way — just with better data.
- The URL structure of individual listings still uses category-XXX paths.
Should you re-open the sheet?
